 NNPM LEASE ONLY PROGRAM
For those clients who want to retain the day-to-day operation of their property but do not have the time or inclination to show and rent vacancies we have a Lease Only Plan.
Our Responsibilities Include:
* Cost and placement of marketing
* Showing the vacancy
* Verifying the application
* Obtaining a credit report, including U. D. status
* (We recap the application info, give you our recommendation and get the final approval from you.)
* Executing a thorough lease package

* Collecting all move-in monies
* Sending lease package & monies to client
Our cost is six (6%) percent of the anticipated lease term or seventy-two (72%) percent of the monthly rent if on a month-to-month tenancy. Ask about our One-Year Leasing Fee Guarantee.
